This one exists. Somewhere in the confusing mess of menus (character most likely) is an option to automatically skip previously viewed cutscenes.

If that is the case, then add a checkbox to the skip cutscene window, as a type of shortcut. I'd imagine not every user likes to go exploring through the option menu to see what's in there.

Back on the subject of too many clicks, exchanges. Give them a quantity select. I'm talking Talan etc. click the item, go to inv, right click the required item, click hand over, back to confirm window, press ok. Every single time.
