Housing plot prices

Hey guys! So me and a few friends recently decided to start a FC and want to eventualy buy a house in the Goblet. Is it even possible to buy a plot these days or are they all held down, if it is possible what would be a broad price range?

You know, I actually just asked this on my RPC community. And I've learned two things.

1) Every Ward (from what I've seen) of EVERY Housing community is full. Basically, anyone like me who is a late-comer to the party are crap outta luck. Be happy with your 'inn room plot'. Because unless Square Enix opens up more wards (They won't even increase server capacity to make new characters on this server for cripe's sake!), we get nothing.

2) Become VERY VERY rich, bordering on hundreds of millions, if not close to billions of gil to bribe someone to surrender their plot through bribery so you can have your own or an FC plot.

So, at this point, from what I'm seeing as a newcomer to the game, we're crap outta luck. "Better luck next millenia, kid."
