Here is an idea for fixing the anima weapon so that both raiders and non-raiders would be satisfied.

Keep the relic weapon a grind, match the item level with alex savage, but also give it the option to upgrade it with the alex last turn item to 5 levels above the raid weapon.

So as an example.

Both Gordian and Anima are at 210. Give the anima weapon an upgradeable option to 215 with the gobdip from Alex Savage 4.

This way both raiders and non-raiders can get a high level weapon but it also gives raiders a reason to do the relic as well.
