PVP Leve Quest

I understand the battle scars need to cultivate War Gods, and PVP need some type of Independent element to help people level up, when que's get bad.

FFXIV PVP is not like Battlefront or League where you're in a match in under 2 mins. The amount of time I have personally spent in que for PVP is surely greater than the time actually PVPing. That's why I have all my gather and crafters to 60.

Most of the class Quest are PVP style fight. Just turn those fights into solo and duo PVP Leve Quest.(I know PLQ are risky to say; reuse old content.) But this would fall in line with the new Training system, they plan to add in 3.2.

My ultimate point here is to shorten queue times without removing GC restrictions as SE wants.
