    That is the issue I was talking about earlier. You have to go into the Support Desk and reply to your message in order to stop those notices. Don't click "Close", but "Reply".

    It's sort of like not having your email browser set to automatically mark a message as read when you read it--it stays marked as unread (bolded, in your unread messages count, etc.) until you either reply to it or manually mark it as read. In this case, you get the notice about messages for your ticket until you actually reply to those messages...basically forcing it to mark the messages as read.
