And how would this affect PvP when tanks walk in with max health and max damage simultaneously?
I don't see it being a big problem if they scale attack power with vit instead of str, just reduce it to like 80% or whatever they feel is appropriate (or balance it to the current output). It doesn't need to scale 1:1, why would anyone think that it has to?

I honestly can't wait for them to fix it. Tired of tanking on monk and drg because tanks think their damage is too important to warrant tank stance or enmity combos.
