    Error 2002 when connecting to Primal Data Center post ISP outage

    All,

    My ISP had an outage today for several hours. I'm now unable to connect to the Primal Data Center (Error 2002). I was able to connect to a JP and EU center, but not Primal. I'm also not able to ping it at 184.107.107.176. Any ideas? I just sent my ISP an email.

    That isn't a valid IP...hasn't been for like two years or more.

    If you haven't done so yet, try rebooting your modem/router. Sometimes pulling the new info file from the ISP during the reboot resolves some gating issues that may persist when the system goes AWOL like that.

    Best to use the DNS names for the lobbies if you want to test pathing to them. Odd numbers are Japan, even are NA/EU.

    neolobby02.ffxiv.com is aether, 04 is primal, 06 is chaos, etc.
