    Unable to Download Updates on PS4

    I just got the FFXIV Online package that includes the base game and expansion and am unable to download the patch. My playstation stops the download and a screen pops up that says "Unable to download patch files". Any way to fix?

    If on a router network, suggest you put your PS4 IP set as the DMZ (it would also help your download speed). Blocked ports may be affecting it.
    Otherwise open up the various ports needed for PSN in port forwarding.

    I am on a router network but I don't think that's the problem as I can download almost anything else.
