Housing plot prices

Hey guys! So me and a few friends recently decided to start a FC and want to eventualy buy a house in the Goblet. Is it even possible to buy a plot these days or are they all held down, if it is possible what would be a broad price range?

Current plot prices, for Sargatanas, seem to be in line with the 2.38 patch notes (experienced myself over last two weeks and seem to match up 100%):

Unfortunately there aren't any available for sale on Sargatanas right now except for buying off another player (which according to some threads on reddit is lately getting people in trouble/not allowed, but that's another matter).

Assuming any did come up though (and didn't instantly get snapped up), you're looking at between 4 and 5 million for a small house, with 450k permit fee on top of that (can be purchased any time within 45 days of the land being purchased).

3.2 is supposed to add some new manor shared housing though and after that Ishgard housing is coming. We don't really have any specifics yet though (I don't think so anyway?)
