what jobs??

ive been reading all the letters, searching the loadstone and i cannot find anything stating about jobs. Ive been hearing all this talk bout summoners, bard, BM and more but i cannot find anything in print <<Help me out!>> where can i read this info?

They are going to implement a new job system which includes the jobs paladin, bard, white mage, black mage, warrior, dragooner and monk and their special gears in patch 1.21, february. They made the decision to implement these jobs to make the game more traditional. The job system works very different to the classes we all know. First of all you need to level a class for example gladiator to 30? (I think) and then you can do a quest to unlock the job paladin. You need to complete quests to progress in the jobs level and you can unlock special abilties you can only use with this job. That's all I know so far.
