Let us see, 18+ months of no real fix to housing. No guarantee that the fix in May/June will solve the issue they have created by not instancing the system and separating the two types. They also do not get a pass if mansions are glorified Free Company rooms. If that happens whoever supervise from a company perspective needs to step in.

Complaints about PvP since its inception responded to only once in passing. Not balance issues either, because anyone who PvP enough knows that is a crap shoot at best. Basic fundamental design flaws. Flaws continued into 3.0.

Ilvl balancing that has only now been acknowledge, yet was discussed repeatedly before 3.0. The throw the best gear at crappy game design since hunts. Yet somehow continued deep into 3.0 to validate its existence.

Those are some basic examples with out any effort and not even calling them out for what might be major issues. Like inventory.
