Raiding is more accessible, even though it's also at an all time low, and we've only started gotten to the first raid tier.

The bigger picture behind all of this is being missed, and I can very well say the same that you're ignoring the underlying problem which will cause an eventual collapse because of the piling weight.
Hardly. The Housing system is flawed but at the same time has some great features. Further, this is something we know that they are taking steps to improve, starting with the abandon house reclamation on Christmas and with more to come later. Still not flawless with issues of people buying up land to resell but that's something that I suspect can be solved pretty easily. These are both issues that have been pretty well commented on.

The raids issue isn't that they have been made more accessible but that Alexander Savage is a bust for the static raiding playerbase. Most of the playerbase never got to touch Coil which is normal in raiding. Alexander Savage has opened that up to them. In this regard for a large part of the playerbase, the accessibility changes of Alex are a good thing.

There are multiple issues at work here in this situation and frankly the playerbase isn't united on exactly what those issues are. We generally comment on what is an issue to us personally as a player. However my point is that we have generally only had lists of the bad in most threads. Frankly the bigger picture will get just as obscured by having focus be only on what people don't like as it is for praise without context. The Devs need to know what people like as much as what they don't because its not like they can just completely scrap these systems and start from scratch. That just isn't feasible.

I would add that several of the problems people raise are things that existed in ARR and people still talk about it with praise. Clearly something was working then that isn't now and it isn't anything to do with the Housing system.
