    Moxia's Magnum Opus - Quest Objectives Not Spawning

    Hey there! I was having a similar issue with a Sahagin quest before, but now I'm having the same issue with the Sylph quest "Moxia's Magnum Opus" where sometimes one or more groups of Scheming Sylphs don't spawn.

    Can you guys take a look at this? Thanks!

    Just wanted to drop in with some possible advice. Sometimes, one of the groups is at the end of the little of shoot on the east side of the quest area. Did you miss them there? Sometimes that group throws me off. Hope you either find them or it gets fixed for ya!
