Even with a pot up, I think this holds true - but if you have math that shows otherwise, I would genuinely like to see it as I'm not 100% confident.
So did some cursory testing. I204 SCH, Codex of Heavens, 1032 mind, 605 crit, 536 det, 551 spell speed (stats incase you want them). HQ draconic pot of mind used.

My rotation 1280 dps.

Energy Drain only after Aero, Bio and the initial Swiftcast Shadow Flare 1298 dps.

Measured up to second use of aetherflow in rotation to try and reflect reality of SCH having to manage subsequent stacks for both healing and dps. Started with Aetherflow off cooldown for both with 3 stacks already. Aetherflow was used before dissipation, so in my rotation after miasma, yours aero. Both used Swiftcast Shadowflare at start.

Anyway, as i said it was a cursory look, and i think people will pull my methodology to shreds.........

I did this out of curiosity more than anything.

EDIT: would also need to do these two tests lots and lots of times to get any kind of clear picture.
