Unable to Demolish house

A couple of days ago, we wanted to buy an FC house, but because we already had one, we thought to demolish that plot since we were upgrading to a mansion.

However due to the Jenova housing bug, it gave the dreaded "Housing options are locked" message, and we were unable to demolish it. We figured, we would wait until after maintenance to demolish our FC house and buy our new mansion plot as an FC. However, after the bug, the FC house was still unable to be demolished, and we payed 35 mil to keep the spot for our potential FC house.

Here are some things that we've done so far that are essential to know:

Two players had been kicked since they had private chambers and weren't able to log on in a while.

One of these players had a chocobo in the stable, which is still there even after it's been kicked.

Here are things we have done to combat this glitch/bug:

We have since kicked the players from the FC
We have put chocobos inside and outside of the stables, hoping it was just a visual glitch. It was not.
We have tried to enter the rooms which gave us "Housing functions are locked" messages.
We have totally cleared out the house except for the wallpaper and floors of course, and one time placing items we can't remove.

Any help would be great, however we're sure that it's a small scale bug that maybe was overlooked in the patching process.

You got rid of private chambers, but did you clear out the workshop too? Someone else I spoke with before they changed to another server said they had to tear down their airship before they were allowed to demolish the house.

Yes, we had originally tore the workshop down first, though it's still bugged. We've tried to contact GMs but I suppose they are still really busy. Thank you for asking though! For any potential and future people that may have the same issue.

So far, it looks like we can't do anything to demolish this house, we've offered to give people the house if they could help us demolish it, but it looks like something the GMs have to help us with. Unfortunately, we've not heard anything yet.
