[Excalibur][MC][LFM] Dragoon or Ninja needed for raid group

Hello! Are you a good-to-great player that doesn’t have the time to be in a hardcore, world-first kind of group? Maybe you used to be hardcore and now you’re older and have a family? Do we have a group for you!

Lunarians on Excalibur has a set party that typically raids Tuesday and Thursday, from 7:30pm-9:00pm EST. Occasionally, we raid a third day as well. FC membership is not required, but we do have a nice house, several airships, and are one island away having “Hard Mode” diadem unlocked. So if you wanted to go “all-in” you’d be welcome. We have a fairly active FC and LS, with most business being conducted in the LS itself.

While we don’t put in a lot of hours compared to other raid groups, we have demonstrated success by being prepared and having very good players. Due to scheduling constraints for this round of content we are a bit behind where we would like to be – we are on the final add spawn for Alexander Savage 3, right before final phase progression. We have also put a few hours into Thorden EX and should be farming it in short order.

Unfortunately, one of our members has real-life time constraints and will be stepping aside. But that presents an opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dragoon or ninja who wants to go the distance with us. We have excellent communication, low levels of drama, and in general we are all very good friends. Many of us have been playing together since Final Fantasy 11, so we are a little bit older and tend to offer constructive feedback to each other while we work on progression.

Essentially, if you think you could be a "world first" raider but don’t have that kind of time (or ego), we’d love to hear from you. Above all, we’re a group of friends who wants to hang out and have a good time while we get shiny drops in a videogame.

Tl;dr - What we expect:

1) A mature player who wants to excel in the short time that we dedicate to raiding

2) Mastery of your job, able to react and understand mechanics

3) Someone who can control their emotions, be friendly, and enjoy playing the game (crazy right?)

4) Independent research into fights so we can make the most of our limited time

5) Someone who can take feedback and contribute constructively

Bump on this - the replacement we have been playing with has a Spring class that is going to make him miss our schedule, so looking for a new person.
