    Does Odin weather follow all other rules for weather?

    Title says it all really. More specifically though, can weather only transition to 'tension' at midnight, 8am, and 4pm Eorzean time? Or can it just happen at any point, at any time?

    Do you know when 'night' officially starts in Eorzea? is it 6pm to 5am? I'm trying to narrow down when to sit in the shroud, rather than sitting here 24/7 like I am now
