    The level 20 dungeon is a great addition. I hope they continue to add more open-world dungeons like this - instances have their place, but so do places like Shposhae.

    I honestly like the idea of having both instance and open.

    More so open than instance.

    THere is a place for both, I don't think one should over ride the other, but heavy instance is a bad thing, worse than heavy open world.
