You can no longer use Alt-Gr + vowels for their accented versions, or Alt-Gr + n for ñ.
Also characters like ^ that add an accent for the next typed vowel but can be used alone if you press the spacebar instead are gone too.

Not only english keyboard, same problem on the french one, and i'm pretty sure it's the same for all of them.
You can still use ctrl+alt+9 (not sure if it's 9 for english, not on the num pad, the upper one) for "^^".
Keep your finger on ~~ and it should appear.
