Since the recent update there have been several controller related issues.

1) Continued movement after releasing the analog stick.
2) Device dropping as an in game option (ie. not under controllers in system)

Steps taken to eliminate device issue as the root cause:

1) Changed USB cables
2) Changed USB ports
3) Tried another controller

Once the device drops, none of those options resolve the issue.

Devices effected:

1) XBox Elite Controller
2) XBox One Controller
3) Orbweaver Chroma

Devices are present in device manager.
Buttons on the Orbweaver continue to work.

Restarting the game always resolves the issue.
Moving to a new zone usually resolves the issue.

Symptoms can be seen on initial zone, or intermittently.
