    issue with silver chocobo feathers and other recruit a friend rewards

    Character name: Angel Noctis
    NPC name: Mog
    Class/Level: BLM 40
    Steps:
    1. checked mail box
    2. requested special items
    3. waited 1 hour recieved nothing
    4. created alt
    5. they recieve RAF reward properly but Angel Noctis still only has Friendship Circlet and fist bump.
    6. Go back to Angel Noctis repeat steps 1-3 still nothng
