Cannot progress in story. The Black wolf's Ultimatum

Completed the Main story quest. "Excape from castrum centri."

The quest leaves you on airship docks in uldah, where you would accept the main story quest "The Black Wolf's Ultimatum"

Quest giver is Minfilla 10,11 airship docks of uldah.

Trouble is I teleported away before accepting the quest, and now have no way to reach her behind the ticket counter.

Have tried going back and forth between all cities and uldah, they all drop me off on the wrong side of the ticket counter. The NPCs around do give me access, and the ticketer only sends me to other cities.

I have tried returning to Castrum and looking for a mini entrance or npc that would help.

I have no active quest, I emptied my log. Last completed mission was Excape from Castrum Centri I have no way of accepting the next quest locked behind the ticket counter.

Try talking to one of the npc's at the airship counter. There's usually more than one.

Beyond that, you could try starting a conversation from your side of the fence. It's a bit of a long shot, but you might be able to target her if you move the camera to her side of the fence. Then it would be a matter of finding the right spot where it let's you start a dialogue with her.

I forget which city it was that does it, but look to the sides for an exit like it is going out to the balconies. Was an access point to the Enterprise during a mission at some point. May have been an NPC there you have to talk to first. Forget the details. But it may provide a way to get over to her.

You're thinking of Gridania, I believe.

As for your problem, I can't recall any way to get in there. Have you tried contacting an in game GM though? I imagine they'd be able to teleport you through if there is no other way.

Have had a ticket in for 3 days, no response

Try making another ticket. You might get another GM.

Have talked to every npc on the airship dock, none will progress me pass the counter.

Day 4 on ticket 1, day 1 on ticket 2 still no response to my dilemma. Hopefully I can get help on this, frustrating being stuck and not being able to progress in the game.
