Propositions for small fc owners/groups of friends~

So a little backstory, I started an fc with a small group of friends a few months back we decided to put our pockets together and buy a house. I got super lucky and found a cheap trustworthy seller and we managed to get a medium plot right In the center of The Goblet! Sadly my little group couldn't play anymore or simply lost interest and im currently occupying a huge guild house all by myself...I do not wish to sell the plot because Ive become so attached to it so basically I've been lvling the airship, attending the chocobo stables and trying to think of ways to fill this empty house again. Then I thought wait! O.O there must be tons of little friend groups just like mine that wish to start an fc and buy a home but just cant afford it. Maybe I could see if any would be interested in joining together and rebranding the guild when the fc name changes hit! So this is my proposition !

To all the groups or small fcs that wish to occupy a house but the price is too steep, My name is Sweet Treat, I wish to make a home with you and together bring life into my empty little home again ^^! Even if your a lone player and want the perks of a guild room and airship rides I will welcome all!
