Help with cross class skills

Everything is counted when you initially post (be it a new topic or a comment.) However, it doesn't count anything during an edit so you don't have to put it in the quote or you could make a bunch of little quotes. It really don't matter.

It is stupid though. =/

Edits still enforce 10char minimum.
