Was I wrong for abandoning?

DPS guy - stands in a lot of damaging puddles.

Tank - pulled too much

Me - Focusing on keeping tank up

DPS guy complains

Tank tells him it's fine

DPS guy tells me to "F???n heal"

Me- I don't need to take your attitude.

DPS guy "Your F???n awful"

I then stop healing the party. let us wipe. and abandon.

If it's a ranged dps and they don't move for AOE's I would normally carry them a few times, if they consistently fail to move for things then they would stay dead while I concentrated on keeping the non sleeping members of the party awake.

what dungeon was it just out of interest?

I've seen what you described a lot since HW launched (Scarily including places like Sastasha and other low level dungeons).

If I get the awful comment on my SCH, I proceed to leave token idiot dead and stance dance just to show off LOL

Only thing that's wrong is that you come to the OF seeking affirmation. If you think something is a waste of your time, just leave it and carry on.

DPS that repeatedly stand in stupid are at Eos/Selene's mercy for staying alive. I won't waste my mana on them. Honestly, I would've started a vote kick on the DPS. He can spend his nice long queue time thinking about how he should be dodging AoE's. :3

I generally ask people to try and stop getting hit by avoidable AoEs. If they don't listen and start to take sh*t, I vote kick. It's only happened a few times though.

that's about the only thing that makes me just shrug and leave a dungeon - everyone squabbling like 5 year olds. I've got better things to do.

If the tank said it's fine I think letting the whole party die instead of just the dps was a bit immature of you.

Sometimes in the world, like within my industry, you have to deal with an idiot. Sometimes you have to coordinate things with a team of idiots. Sometimes you have to recognize that allowing yourself to fail because you think someone else is an idiot and shouldn't succeed also makes you an idiot. You're easily replaceable. They have a function for it. It's unfortunate that both the world and game can be populated by people who we would generally not associate with. For every thread started by you saying that you are a great healer and you let the group die because everyone was bad, there are three other people who think the same thing about you, and on top of that you reinforce their opinion by going on to complain about it.

1:3 is a bad ratio, you're not going to win sympathy. There is a reason perseverance is a good trait. You did not display that here.

I don't think it was wrong of you to leave. Any time party members begin to turn on each other, I call it a lost cause. Too much tension and negativity to make the next 20 minutes or so worth it.
