    On Screen In-game Acting Weird

    Hello,

    So I opened up FFXIV and I have this weird green stuff on the left and right side going up and down depending on the background music and any other sounds and so on any help please?

    Visual alerts for the hearing impaired. It's a setting in your config menus. Think it was in the Other category at the bottom.
