Raids and dungeons are interchangeable names for the same thing. The only thing that makes them one over the other is the tag they put on them.

They tend not to put as much trash mobs in raids but that is not a rule just look at T4 and T8.
The amount of running is a bit less most of the time... but then again... look at ST and WoD....
The map size tends to be smaller in most raids... but then again... its not a trial... though some... really close to the same thing as a trial....the again theres ST and WoD both are huge...
Some dungeons have been pretty mechanically intensive. Aurum Vale has taken its fair share of souls to the under world...

What traits make it a raid and not a dungeon?
