But honestly, raising 300k takes less than a week even without any crafting, gathering or anything specifically done to raise Gil. Just doing roulettes and selling a bit of the stuff you get from retainer ventures.
Just get a second room? They aren't meant to be shared. That's why it's called a "personal" room. Not a community room. Personal = only belonging to this person.
