buy mats -> quicksynth 99 / go afk for 10 min -> have 1 to 2 lvl ups -> sell your products -> profit

I actually used that to get Armorsmithing leveled, through quicksynthing Steel, Mythril and Cobalt Ingots. Pop food, ask for a fc crafting buff, use manual - And you're good to go, only to stop quicksynthing to reapply food/manual when it runs out.
