Not letting me change classes?

Even after all the slots on the armoury chest is down to 20, even rings, it still wont let me change classes. It gives me the error that it usually does when you have insufficient armoury chest space. Anybody else having this or is it a new bug? Not even manually equipping a weapon lets me

Try 19. Not much advice people can give without seeing your armory.

I had this happen once, I had to remove all my armor and items (minus weapon of course) in order to do it.
