Seperation of servers based on language?

I hear this is being discussed in other boards, and I for one would like to say this is a terrible idea. Was wondering if anyone else had any input.

If both are offered, the global servers will end up having a much better community imo. Since only those who like that sort of thing end up going there, while those who are disgusted by the idea of having to interact with someone outside their own comfort zone don't have to do that.
