Personal Housing & FC Housing

I would just like to start off by saying I'm seriously disappointed in what's going on with this system, On servers like Balmung people are buying personal houses when there are FCs with 50+ players that have been waiting over a year to get a house to experience with each other, to have all the benefits it provides. Personal Housing clearly was not ready to be implemented in game, it's pretty wrong when you see 1 person with a Large house all to themselves when there are so many players waiting to get one with their FCs. Now My FC, and I'm sure many other FCs have to wait for a chance probably 6 months+ from now to get that chance again when more wards come out. Please do something about this SE, It's really not fair to others who want to experience this part of the game. The "transfer to an empty server" excuse isn't possible for FCs with 80 people in them.

I'm fairly certain, the level of scalping that is going on in Balmung is a bannable offence. One of the servers FC's has paid their members to buy multiple houses to sell back to the populace at incredibly high prices. I feel like you should report these people and get something done, if there is anything that can be done.

On my server have a guy that have a personal large house. They should add things on INN for playes that don't have gil to buy a house. Every RPG you can customize and buy a room on INN. The INN here it's just to change appearance and for mini games... They should made it as a apartment and customization with a cheap price. I bought the expansion thinking they would add a Ishgardian house zone but nothing yet... But we need to have personal houses too. Many people on the game are solo and don't like to play with a FC.

Dear SE: At least until you provide enough plots/housing to the player community so that it becomes a non-issue, limit the number of plots that can be owned per account. And put something into the ToS making the reselling of houses/plots a bannable offense. The system is already horribly broken, but this would be a start to fix it.

Really, SE, how you handled the reclamation was a job just as poor as everything else with housing before. We are used to a much, MUCH better performance from you in all other areas of the game. Do better!

Yes, it's a problem when people do real-estate like things in game. *cough*

What's worse than that though? Someone on my server was 'Selling information' about player houses that would be most likely to be demolished. Not 100% sure. Selling information for 'ten possible plots that may be demolished'.
