Some people may really be so bad to buy and sell the house at once. But not everybody, who is now selling, is one these guys. Look at me and my husband for example. We already had a small house for some months, i am the ownder atm. Yesterday we had luck and were able to buy a middle house, my husband is the owner now. Bud we dont want to block 2 houses, because we know how many player and FCs are still searching for a house, so we will sell our small house. When I gonna open a thread in the party finder now, it will look like i was a grabber, making my money at the cost of others ^^

Yes, house is still standing, also some garden furnitures. I will let it in this way, just moved the furnitures from the inside to my new home.
