It seems that people who rage the most are coming from overpopulated servers. Might want to reconsider transfering and building community on new server ?

Why do you guys think everything is guaranteed? Plus buying and selling houses is okay in every mmo I've played with housing.
What if I want to sell my house? What if I'm leaving the game and what to give it to a friend/fc mate who helped me some kind of way?
Get over it, you lost out.
You may be one of the most amazing people I have seen on the forums. You really believe those Three points. You also defend people who have failed to implement and manage a system fairly.
Also the whole mansion thing has shit written all over it. You can already tell from comments it has no yards and they have to redevolp the gardening system they have in place to allow for basically will probably be FC rooms. Because I have yet to see anyone with any real skill running the housing system prove that they can do any better with limited instanced housing. Why would it need to be 512? Why are seasonal events planned around a division that can't get their shit together.
The housing market is an active player driven economy. Im sorry you dont like it.
I am currently selling Plots 49-50-51 in the mists
Plot 49 60 mil
plot 50-51 are 40 mil each. These are the best plots in the game. Im sorry you dont like it and I dont either. I however have no choice as I have to turn right around and buy 4 homes behind our FC house in Lavenderbeds for the same price I am being paid for these plots. Call it greedy but its the only option we have to be in the same ward behind our FC house (Plot 11, ward 5 lavenderbeds)
Why is this an acceptable answer. Maybe they should evaluate the resources used on the underpopulated servers. Take away the housing servers for those servers and move them to the populated ones. I don't questions playing with the system in place. I question people like you who defend a company directly or indirectly for failing. You help nothing by redirecting the blame from where it is deserved.
I'm all for selling and buying houses by players, I think it's a neat idea even if the prices are ridiculous.
But, there really should be rules in place for abuses. I heard one FC on my server bought up like 21 houses and are now selling them at ridiculous prices. That's easily abuse and I wish SE would make a statement on that.
I'm still mad!! But that was pretty funny. xD Updated it in the OP. One day, when I recompose the English language in a Galaxy far away, that phrase will become a standard expression. >:I
After a few hours playing FF9 and thinking about stuff, I'm just going to:
1) Ignore my DoL/DoHs. Their only purpose was to make gil to buy a house.
2) Probably take 1 month break soon. (unobtainable content burnout)
3) Maybe spam alex with the hubby for Relic. @.@
4) All you house flippers need to burn in HELL. D:<<< Oh you can read this? Uhh I tried to blend it in! : D
Really hope Ishgard housing makes everyone who has a place elsewhere cry. >:I

If only there was a decent way besides RMT to get that much gold from a non-crafter. Its no wonder so many people buy gil.
There is no way to make money in this game.
I'm glad I'm not interested in these plots atm. I really waiting for SE to finally open up ishgardian housing to buy my house. Because that's the only one I truly want. While I watch wiener babies cry over the plots that are out now lol.
