And no. No one deserves to be/get fired over this.

This was (originally) meant to be used as a way to give Free Companies a proper place to gather and do stuff together.
It's not their fault that players would find ways to exploit it (as they usually do).

Not that it matters much anyways, especially since:

A) More plots will be freed up (due to people not returning) soon enough
B) More plots will be introduced in future patches
C) Everyone will finally get their own personal apartment ("mansion" housing)
