Please implement properity tax

The feel is different between a low and high pop server. The house were literally all gone within less than 5 min, and ppl then are reselling it for 100+ mil for a small on PF.

Before moving to Siren, I was on Balmung, and owned a medium private house there, server pop really isn't an excuse. If you want it bad enough that you think it's fair to ask for something like this, then you should want it bad enough to do whatever it took to get yourself it, without hurting the rest of us.
