Wait a minute. Not to derail this grand thread but how do you not pay property taxes in the real world? Different country? Here in America everyone who owns a house pays property tax. You could have your house paid off for 50 years and as soon as you miss your property tax payment the government will take your house. We are all just renting from the government.

Here we pay taxes depending on how rich we are, and of course the value of your house is included in that (as well as many other things, like for example the value of machines your company owns..if you happen to own a company xD), so yeah I guess we also pay for our house a bit?

I don't know what country u live in, here in US we pay Property taxes, and it may be ur job to do maintenance on ur property but who gonna do the road, but who is gonna cheap the streets clean?
