Don't even know where to begin with the crafting tokens for relic.

Start gathering. Also, I wouldn't worry about the crafting parts till you get all the tokens.
Why?
Prices are gonna plummet in like, a month, so unless you're literally grinding everything out to get that weapon RIGHT NOW then you can wait on them.

Unfortunately, I feel that even after a price plummet, I am still going to be too poor to afford them. (I'm a dirty peasant OTL.)

But yeah, I am trying to get it as quickly as I can though I feel like I won't make it in time before 3.2 as I haven't really touched the beast tribe quests. I really would like to get it done before the end of January.
