New Grand Company Stuff
Sure not everyone's favorite content, but you don't need to be a majority to have fun. I get that you guys (the devs) wanna pace the ranks, but 1st Lieutenant and Captain would be nice to finish off the Junior Officer's ranks. Its been years really, two ranks or more isn't asking much.

While we are on that a few more titles and achievements would be welcomed. I notice each achievement for the GCs has 3 levels, the third granting a title, followed by a 4th with a special name and a prize item, all but the last which counts the number of unique Levequests done, that one could use a title, and it needs a special 4th, maybe a neck item like a medal, since the others granted a ring, earring, bracelet, and a shield.

And coming to items, if you add the ranks we need that last set of combat gear for that rank. We have the combat uniforms worn by GC npcs up to the Chief Sargent ranks (Private's set and Sergeant's set). We have the 2nd Lieutenant rank and with hope the other JR Officer ranks soon. Please.... I'm looking forward to it.

Weapon Poses
So we have gender locked weapon poses, well lets not. Let's renamed them #1 (original pose), #2, and #3. Really no reason not to. I mean look you know you want the one you can't, so let's have both.

On that point, let's get a new one too. You can find NPCs all over the place with one unique weapon pose. You find shield and sword npcs standing holding their swords in the ground, their shield infront of them. You can see them in Ishgard near the Fortemps house. Also you see lancers standing at attention with spears pointed up, and so on.

EMOTES!!!!!
Go to Camp Bluefog and you will see dudes doing pushups and squats and all sorts of manly exercises. We need these, and don't just give them to us, make us do a quest for fun. Some wacky new character who wants us to get in shape. Make the quest a series of quests, once we get all the emotes we get a bonus, the one we see Roes do alot where they are fanning themselves southern belle style.

Also a new weapon emote, go to any guild hall and you'll see them. The gladiator doing a slow motion Rage of Halone, the archer shooting a target, the lancer spinning his spear over his head. Give us an emote that does these actions. A single emote that changes with the weapon.

New Items
I'm sure many people have ideas for items so I'll keep it down to 3 items. Let's call them Burning Eyes. These items would grant an effect on our eyes as seen in the DRK and WAR questlines.



To be the best we would need three items as I said, Burning Eyes, Left Burning Eye, and Right Burning Eye, for those of us who just want to be bad with one eye. Please give us glowing eyes so we may better look forward to it.

A Fix I Need In My Game
The localization team is great, don't think I don't love those word puns as quests titles, I do, but please, Meat Shield? Meat Axe? No, no, no, no, let us have White Knight & Bloody Warrior, come on guys.

please this. why cant a heave my axe over the shoulder with 1 arm? some of the male poses are just so much better imo. nin, war, drk, drg are the ones i notice most where male poses are more appealing, to me at least

Lets keep pretending just because you have issues with the game that we all have to, and that only things you deem worthy of resources are things of interest to you and forget other people. Because we all know, jumping into a threat about fun things you want to see added and being condescending and negative makes you so cool.

Fix the Armoury System and add new materia with actions and (or) unique effects. I hate how there's only one way to play a class. It's boring and it completely killed my enthusiasm for the game.

why do ppl keep saying this when playing mmo?? Name 1 mmo with 1 and done content? XD


my wish list:

level 1 shop for level 1 gear

little fishing boats like from Zelda twilight princess

mini games during the holidays not just a 1 time quest.

fix the fc buffs, make all the exp buffs 1 buff so fc's not picking between combat, crafting gathering.

add more refined options to party finder like "cleared content" tag. and better filtering. Do a better job at presenting party finder.

remove daily post limit and 1K limit on posts.

add more large scale content with open ended styles that all player can acess. like SEA and SKY from FF11 or scarlet monestary from WoW.

Less linear dungeons, give exp/money/seals/tomes for full exploration of dungeons or full clears.

Honestly it doesn't have to be fluff stuff, thats just what I was wanting to see. Its a thread about all the stuff people want done, so feel free to bring up content and all.

More to do in the Housing Areas - Just some ideas...

-Daily quests - Maybe acting as part of a neighborhood watch. Catch those pesky, thieving retainers running off with rooftops and furniture! Or maybe to clean up the neighborhood by trimming flora, getting rid of grafitti, stomping on anthills (err,,), blasting beehives. Catch fish, fetch fallen fruit from trees, or retrieve other items for the vendors. Help load boats or wagons on the way to the cities. Investigate and gather information about bandits or pirates scheming around the area and planning to hit your neighbourhood! Of course, you will be rewarded somehow. Maybe GCpoints to go towards new ranks that are coming out. Or maybe new currency for new quartermasters. *shrug*

-New Event?A type of "Besieged" from FFXI
Branching off the shady characters hanging around your neighborhood. Maybe they actually do attack! The zone changes to reflect it. You'd have to sync into battle if you want to participate, so that if you're not interested in participating and you're crafting you can do so peacefully. Fight them off to maintain access to vendors in the zone, and perhaps get rewarded for it too. Maybe it can tie in with Grand Company rewards/increasing your GC rank. Would be neat to see pirate ships roll in at the start of the attack (for the Mist), or maybe bandits appearing in the Goblet/Lavender Beds. If players win, the pirates/bandits retreat! If they win, the housing area looks a bit run down and messed up, and perhaps their caravans and ships remain in sight. The event would be on a sort of timer, so either side will return for their retaliation when it's time!

Just some silly ideas.... =^^= ...Feel free to expand upon it...
