Laniaitte Broken Card Drop Rate

I've been trying to get the Paissa card on and off for a few days now, and have spent a few "hours" trying to get the card. I understand the drop rate for things are very RNG dependent but the actual ratio seems to be way off between the Paissa card and the Dhalmel card.

I've gotten numerous Dhalmel cards at this point and yet still cannot seem to get the Paissa card. From a pure probability standpoint this makes little to no sense. I can totally understand when a 5 Star card has a lower drop rate than a 2 Star card for example. But you would think in theory (and logic) that two 2 Star cards would have the same drop rate. This is clearly not the case however.

This is made worse by the fact that she is only available to play for 10 minutes every hour, which makes no sense. The Idle Imperial and Lewena are available to play for much longer but still are only playable within a certain time frame. And yet Midnight Dew is available to play forever.

Please keep in mind these are TWO STAR cards I'm talking about. There is no reason for them to be this rare or in that limited of a time frame.

For further reference, I now have 5 Dhalmel Cards in my hand just so I can start keeping track. That does not count the few I have thrown away just for being basically worthless besides the 1 I already used for my deck, so that's 6 minimum but it's more like 10 at least. 0 Paissa cards, same rank card though.....

This past attempt I went 8 wins / 1 loss, and even got back to back Dhalmel cards. So it sure isn't from a lack of winning matches.

Funny because I get myself like 3 Paissa cards before I get my first Dhalmel card.
