    Beast Tribe FATEs

    Jus as a QOL thing, would it be possible to put in some sort of trigger mechanism for these FATEs used in the bEast tribe tasks ("What a Boar" as an example)?

    Make the trigger mechanism be appropriate to the FATE, but when triggered in this manner (as opposed to the FATE spawning normally) make the only reward the hand in item for the Beast Tribe quest. No exp, no GC Seals, nothing but the hand in token.

    Next actual patch is going to increase the respawn rate of the old world Beast Tribe FATEs.

    That's nice and all, but it should have been done long before this. And it definitely should have been done at 3.15. I've been standing in East Shroud over an hour now waiting on this Boar and he'll drop in like 30 seconds.

    Came here to complain about the same thing. very stuopid having to stand around afk for upwards of 1 hour to finish a quest for the relic. Either remove the beastman fate daily quest from spawning for people who are at max rank, or have a way to trigger them.

    I've finished all the beast tribes but yes I too know the pain of waiting for ages for these FATEs only for them to take 2 mins max... It's very frustrating and unless by speeding up the respawn rate, they mean once every 30 mins max for these FATEs, unfortunately it's unlikely to get better... Usually if you want a gauge on how far away the next FATE is, gaze over the map and watch all the others tick down... That's how I got through them, hoping the next one would be the one I needed every time.

    Really any FATE related to a quest should be on a different system and should respawn no more than 10 minutes after completion or time-out. I logged on specifically to just do my dailies the other day for my relic and spent almost 4 hours online waiting for FATEs for the Kobolds, Sylph, and Sahagin. Anyone's will to do anything after that would be near gone. And I have days and days of this ahead of me for this stupid weapon.

    Yes, I agree. Any FATE that is part of a major quest should either be force-triggered or have a greatly increased spawn rate. The worst thing is, this mechanism already exists in-game and it's now unused. We had it with the FFXI tribute quest chain recently, as there was a "Destination" trigger for the final stage that directly spawned the FATE. I believe one of the Hildibrand quests had it too - an actual solo FATE. Why won't SE change it? I don't know, but it would be incredibly sensible and very much appreciated.

    I changed from Sylph dailies to Amal'jaa to finally escape that stupid boar (and my least favourite area of the game) but now I've been stuck two days in a row waiting for "Pulling Fangs". Currently at the 40 minute mark and there are a group of others waiting...

    Sometimes Square Enix is just so stupid.... They know the Beast Tribe FATES will be camped more due to relic... BUT they didn't even think to increase respawn?? Like, its an afterthought?? They are so dumb sometimes... they make people angry with the BS timesinks... but this is just insane. Just waiting around masturabating for the FATE to pop...

    I liked the Rhapsody event's final fate. Right click on Destination to spawn the fate. Why not do this if the FATE is tied to a quest?
