Plunge>Low Blow and Tar Pit to be sticky as hell. Throw in Carnal Chill if you think the DPS can kill you for even more reduce DMG and Full Swing for an easier time killing them :3
Oh yeah I did forget about plunge on dark knight. The only tank to have a gap closer.
