Just hit 60 - is Seal Rock the only level 60 pvp?

as the title asks, is Seal Rock really the only level 60 pvp map you can do?

Seems kind of ridiculous, especially if the queues are bad.

Maybe the easiest way to make queues better is to introduce a new map or two and make things a little more interesting...in addition to other suggestions I've seen about ranked gear and better rewards. I really want to get into PvP but its just hard to get into. I really hope they will be implementing more PvP stuff in the patches to come.

Or can we at least get dueling implemented? I want to be able to duel someone outside of idyllshire or something, that would be fun and good way to learn jobs better and would be such a simple thing to add to the game to make it better.

The "problem" is you can't just get people interested in pvp so easily, not many are interested into this kind of competitive content. If you are NA, Malboro, which is on Primal datacenter is rather active during NA evenings with sometimes queues that don't exceed 5 mins.

And to answer the real question, yes, Seal Rock is the only lvl 60 pvp content atm, more lvl 60 (4 vs 4 / 8 vs 8) will come with 3.2, which is scheduled for sometime in February apparently?

PVP doesn't make you learn your job better; the way you play it is to zerg someone down asap without caring (much) about things like positionnals or long time dps efficiency. That said it's rather good to improve general awareness/reaction, or find a purpose to abilities that have none in PVE.
