Anima Weapon Quest problem

I completed Soul without Life then I completed Toughening Up and got the Elements Awoken weapon. Now Ardahsir is not given me the follow up quest Coming into its own. He has no quest for me, he is just welcoming me back.

In-game support told me its beyond their ability to fix it and that I need to try this forum.

Edit: I fixed it by abandoning the quest Soul without life I had on an other job, when I had no pending quest with him Ardahir deigned giving me the follow up Coming into its own
