Tl;dr : If you can't find the time to gear yourself up (and I'm talking i200+, because that's more or less what A3s and onward demands), you probably can't find the time to commit to hitting those raids, either. A1s and A2s is do-able with full i190, moreso with some 200 pieces.

Players excluding people out of PF for having <i200 is a player created problem, so the solution can also be player-created by making your own PF for learning parties (assuming that's what you're going for to begin with).

There is also ilvl 200 doesn't mean good player. I remember when I host thordan ex pt last month i always set my ilvl to 200 and still there are fails. More than i200 sometime i look at what gear do they have after we enter the raid. if all they have are i210 pink and eso gear i tend to get a bit worry. I would prefer people that doesn't exactly have i200 but have gordian gear.
