    Nope. He's talking about her brother, who is in line to become the chief of the village as soon as he is rescued from the Vundu.

    Yes, but it seems weird to be building a house for someone who has been captured by the enemy and may not return alive? Especially it being the FIRST house to be built, when there are other Vanu actually present (including the ACTING chief) who could actually make use of a home.

    Of course, I leveled up my reputation with them and got the quest to go rescue him right after, so it made more sense then.
