Heavensward purchase problem!!!

I bought heavensward yesterday in hope that i could play the game on my day off, but instead i am still waiting for my code in the past 24 hours. I even sent Square support team 6 emails and they didnt even bother to reply me back.
They charged me 40 bucks for the expansion and now they didnt give me they activation code.
Thanks Square, u have completely ruined my dayoff. If u dont want to send me the code just give me back my money so i can purchase from another website. From where i am living 40 bucks worth alot.

Sorry, but they won't reply here as these forums are mainly for players to help other players. I don't know if you got any order confirmation where maybe it had a phone number on it, but that would be faster than email if you did. Also check your junk mail folders if you haven't already (sorry you probably have, but still).

Finally, I don't know what the NA site is like, but on the EU site I can view codes by going to the page showing my orders so just in case you haven't already, try looking there as it may be listed now.
