    Cannot download heavensward expansion for pc

    Hello everyone,
    I've just bought it and redeemd the code but when i try to dowload it an error pops up fron the installer sayng "Unable to download patch files [30413][20496].
    I tried to switch off my antivirus but nothing,
    tried to delete the a folderd in the patch folder but nothing.

    Any suggestion?

    Just to rule it out, as it is one of the more common issues--are you launching it as Admin (either right-clicking the shortcut or setting the properties of the shortcut to always run as admin).

    You mentioned disabling Anti-Virus---double check that Defender isn't also interfering as well.
