NPC for expired player

Anyone have any new ideas how to push this request up SE's chain of command?
After three years, I still haven't figured out a way to submit a request like this formally.

Best I can think of is to present this question in the next "ask the producer" question thread. Then advertise the post on popular sites like Reddit, try to get as many people as possibly to like the post. The more likes a post gets, the better chance it has of being asked.
