The Xp and the PL problem are not "Fixed"

I think it's unacceptable for the person whose level rack is a universal row of 50s to dictate the rules that average players should have to conform to for exp gain.

everyones opinion is just as valid as the other
but lets face facts, an hour to go from 1 level from cap to cap is pretty much unacceptable by EVERY MMO ON THE MARKET EVER

so what makes it ok to do here? my levels have nothing to do with this
